The room was a good size with a comfortable double bed, wake-up service was available; efficient staff and a convenient, unbeatable location.

My king room was airy & neat. The service was excellent, I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with cheese.

The hotel is impeccably clean, has good prices, its location is absolutely perfect and easy just next door to city center as well as town station and train station. I loved helpful personnel that ensures guests have a very very good stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location, not far from the airport, the city center, the Old Town, and the train/bus station. Everything about the hotel was very good, making it my first choice for my next stay in Gdansk.

It is a very nice hotel. Quite new nice and clean. About 15 minutes walk to the city or can you can take the bus just outside the hotel.

I stayed at Focus Hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the gift they gave me, a bottle of excellent wine. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the old town. Parking was free and I also enjoyed the sauna. it was good value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast is very good, shame it is not included in the price. But with it ou can take a bag with sandwiches.

However, the hotel staff quickly addressed the issue and transferred me to a renovated room in Focus Hotel PREMIUM. They even included breakfast for the inconvenience. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay, providing useful information and arranging transportation. The room itself was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the lady serving the food was patient and attentive. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center by bus or car, and nearby petrol stations for late-night food options. The large parking area was a bonus, and the free Wi-Fi worked well. I would recommend this hotel despite the initial setbacks.

The tea service in the room only accomodated those who consume caffeine.

Bad inxperience with financing of hotel. The hotel made mistake and charge to my credit card twice even I was give a notice about it.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of town, just a short 10-15 minute bus ride away from the city centre, making it conveniently close but providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Helpful staff, but, unfortunately too un-experienced. Hotel suffering from run-in problems but worked hard to overcome them.
